Laughter Yoga for Families
Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise routine that combines unconditional laughter with breathing. Anyone can laugh without relying on humour, jokes or comedy. Laughter is initially simulated as a physical exercise, maintaining eye contact and promoting childlike play. Children can laugh hundreds of times a day, while adults laugh very little, so in Laughter Yoga we encourage people to be like children and cultivate playful behaviour.
This family activity helps parents connect with their children.
